Erika A. Miller
Waukesha, Wisconsin
Born and raised in Wisconsin and a graduate of Arrowhead High School, I am happy to be back in my home state after studying at the University of Minnesota and abroad. I pursued my law school coursework at William Mitchell College of Law, in Saint Paul, Minnesota . I am proud to have passed the Wisconsin State Bar Examination. I am admitted to the Wisconsin Bar and am also licensed to practice in the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts.
I have represented clients before nearly all of the Family Court Commissioners and Judges in Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties . I have also appeared before several of the bankruptcy Trustees in the Eastern District. Finally, I have experience in all levels of representation in bankruptcy and family law.
I am a proud member of the Association of Women Lawyers, and have recently joined their community involvement committee. I am also an active member of the Wisconsin and the Milwaukee and Waukesha County Bar Associations. I sit on the Wisconsin Solo & Small Firm Conference planning committee and am happy to be co-chairing the subcommittee on ethics and quality of life for the second year in a row.
